MasterKey Concrete

The MasterKey Concrete design modules enable the Engineer to detail as part of the design process, thus integrating the analysis, design, detailing and drafting processes into a single operation.

As the concrete element is detailed the program automatically checks the proposed reinforcement against the design requirements. Non-compliance is graphically highlighted on the screen enabling the engineer to change the reinforcement accordingly.

Using the automatic design options, a multi-storey plane or space frame can be set up, analysed, designed and detailed in a few minutes.

The programs are easy to use, extremely reliable, very flexible and will lead to considerable savings in a busy design office

• Column Design for braced, un-braced, bi-axial, short or slender columns
• Pad Foundations including bi-axial bending and eccentric columns
• Retaining Wall for concrete, masonry or stepped walls or piers
• MasterRC Bar Scheduler, including output of reinforcement in schedule format to SABS 82 or BS 4466
• Flat Slab Construction for single and multi-storey flat slabs in accordance with section 3.7 of BS 8110 : Part 1 : 1985
